Hello, and welcome. Life brings opportunities for growth, but it can also bring challenges that leave us feeling uncertain, overwhelmed, or disconnected from the goals we have for ourselves. Counseling provides a space to better understand those challenges, recognize your strengths, and develop new ways of moving toward the life you want to create. I believe every person deserves access to compassionate, effective mental health support. My hope is to help you recognize your strengths, build upon them, and create a life that reflects the goals and future you envision for yourself.
I am passionate about helping individuals gain clarity, build confidence in their abilities, and make progress toward their personal and emotional goals. My approach is holistic and rooted in the belief that growth happens when we take the time to understand ourselves more fully. Together, we can explore the experiences, relationships, and patterns that have shaped your journey while identifying practical ways to support your continued development and well being. I believe every person has strengths worth building upon. Sometimes those strengths are easy to recognize, and other times they become harder to see when life feels stressful or demanding. Counseling can provide an opportunity to reconnect with those strengths while developing skills that support lasting change and personal fulfillment.
I grew up in a small town in Southern Colorado and have proudly called Colorado home my entire life. Family plays an important role in my life, and I am fortunate to have a large family that includes several nieces. I live with my fiancé and our cats, who always manage to bring a little extra personality into each day. Outside of counseling and school, I enjoy reading, creating art, and finding opportunities to learn and grow. My background in Applied Behavior Analysis strengthened my passion for helping individuals develop, adapt, and thrive. It reinforced my belief that growth is possible at every stage of life and that meaningful progress often begins with small, intentional steps.
