Lana Rogers, MA, MFTC
Marriage & Family Therapist Candidate
Our lives are filled with unique experiences, thoughts, and emotions, and sometimes those experiences can be difficult to understand, process, or put into words. When life feels confusing, overwhelming, or uncertain, it can be helpful to have someone beside you who is willing to listen and help make sense of what you are going through.
As a counselor, my hope is that you leave each interaction feeling seen, heard, and understood. I believe meaningful conversations can help us gain clarity, better understand ourselves, and discover new ways of responding to life's challenges. Whether you are navigating stress, anxiety, relationship concerns, life transitions, or simply trying to make sense of where you are in life, counseling can provide an opportunity to slow down and explore what matters most to you. I have always been passionate about people and genuinely enjoy getting to know the experiences that make each person unique. One of the most rewarding parts of this work is witnessing individuals, couples, and families discover new perspectives, overcome obstacles, and move toward the lives and relationships they want to create.
I grew up on the lakes of Minnesota before making Colorado home several years ago. I love spending time outdoors kayaking, camping, and hiking with my dogs. Music has always been an important part of my life, and when I am not working or exploring, you can often find me playing music or experimenting with a new instrument. Whether through nature, music, or meaningful conversations, I value the opportunities we have to connect with ourselves and with one another.
No matter what brings you to counseling, you do not have to sort through it by yourself. I would be honored to spend time getting to know you, understanding your experiences, and helping you navigate whatever challenges may be in front of you.
