Kylee' Vanzandt, MS, LPCC
Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate
One of the things I enjoy most about working with people is discovering the different ways we experience and make sense of the world around us. No two people arrive at counseling with the same story, perspective, or set of experiences, and I believe there is tremendous value in taking the time to understand what has shaped each person's journey. Sometimes life can leave us feeling stuck in familiar patterns, overwhelmed by challenges, or uncertain about what comes next. During those moments, it can be helpful to step back and view things from a different angle. Counseling provides an opportunity to explore experiences, relationships, and personal challenges in a way that can create greater understanding, insight, and possibility.
My approach is collaborative and rooted in the belief that growth often begins when we become open to new perspectives. Together, we can explore what is working well, what may no longer be serving you, and what changes could help you move toward the life you want to create. I enjoy helping clients recognize strengths, identify opportunities for growth, and discover solutions that feel authentic and meaningful to them. I am continually inspired by the uniqueness of each person I meet and the resilience people demonstrate as they navigate life's challenges. Whether you are facing anxiety, relationship concerns, life transitions, family difficulties, or questions about your future, I believe counseling can provide a valuable space for reflection, exploration, and growth.
I enjoy learning, trying new experiences, and finding opportunities to expand my perspective of the world. Outside of the therapeutic environment, I love traveling, spending time outdoors, connecting with friends and family, and exploring creative interests that allow me to continue learning and growing. These experiences remind me that there is always something new to discover, whether about ourselves, others, or the world around us.
Sometimes a small shift in perspective can open the door to entirely new possibilities. My hope is to help you discover what those possibilities might look like in your own life. If you have a story you’d like to share, I am honored to be entrusted with it.
