Julianna Esposito, MS
Student Intern- Master in Social Work
Life can be challenging, and reaching out for support is often one of the most courageous steps you can take. My counseling approach is warm, collaborative, and person centered. I believe that you are the expert on your own experiences, and I am committed to creating a space where you feel heard, respected, and supported as you work toward your goals. I value the importance of human connection and believe meaningful growth happens through trust, collaboration, and feeling genuinely understood.
My approach is grounded in trauma informed and culturally responsive care that honors your unique experiences, strengths, and individuality. Together, we can work to increase self understanding, develop effective coping skills, and create meaningful change that supports your overall emotional well being. I am passionate about supporting individuals as they navigate life's challenges and transitions. Whether you are experiencing stress, anxiety, relationship concerns, personal growth challenges, or simply feeling stuck, I strive to provide a safe and supportive environment where healing and growth can occur. Taking the first step toward change can feel overwhelming, but you do not have to do it alone. I would be honored to walk alongside you on your journey toward healing, growth, and greater well being.
Although I have only lived in Colorado for a few years, I have grown to love the community and beautiful surroundings that I now call home. Outside of school and internship, I work full time supporting active duty service members. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my loved ones and our dog, coaching soccer, staying active, and soaking up as much sunshine as possible.
