Sliding Scale Services
Reduced fee services are available based on financial need and household income. Eligibility is determined through a brief application process and may require verification of income. Sliding scale rates are reviewed periodically to ensure continued eligibility.

Community Support Rates
We are proud to support members of our community through reduced fee options when clinically appropriate and available, including:

• ​Active duty military, veterans, and military families
• First responders
• Teachers and school personnel
• Full time students

​Availability of reduced fee appointments may vary based on clinician capacity.

Commitment to Care
We are committed to making mental health care accessible and maintain a structured sliding fee discount program based on family size and income, consistent with federal poverty guidelines. No one will be denied access to services due to inability to pay. Reduced fee services and payment arrangements are available to eligible clients through a standardized application process, which may include income verification and is subject to program and clinician availability. Clients are expected to participate in agreed upon payment arrangements as part of ongoing care. Financial hardship accommodations must be requested and approved in advance. When the practice is unable to accommodate additional reduced fee clients, appropriate referrals and community resources will be provided to support continuity of care.
