Delanie Pitzer, BA
Student Intern- Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling
Life can be chaotic and difficult at times. Sometimes it’s a big, unexpected event, other times it can be the buildup of smaller stressors. Either way, it can feel overwhelming and heavy. I think we all need help sometimes to carry this weight. My goal is to collaboratively work with individuals, couples and families towards empowerment, growth, and connection. As a marriage and family therapist in training, my passion is to help individuals cultivate deeper connections in their relationships. I believe some of the best ways to do this are through utilizing each person’s strengths and resilience. I strive to provide a safe, non-judgmental environment that promotes exploration of experiences and unique alternatives.
A little bit about me, I’ve lived in Colorado my entire life. I enjoy being outside, hiking, and drinking coffee. I also have a plant collection that grows more every year! I am passionate about building resiliency, especially in the relationships closest to us. I think that these close relationships can be a good source of encouragement and love. I think every relationship has the potential for this, it just might take some exploring to find what feels best for each person. I am excited to help support you in your growth.
